The Site:
This is easily one of the best sites in the park! Premium site situated side-on to the Grand River opposite one of the rapids, there is a large sloping lawn down to the river. The trailer is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with lots of parking, a safe place for your little ones to play and great neighbours. The trailer and shed are surrounded by mature gardens filled with exquisite perennials blooming every year. There is also a shady patio stone area under the trees where you can sit and
enjoy the river.
The Trailer:
This trailer has been extensively upgraded and shows pride of ownership. There is a 32×10 hardtop creating a second bedroom facing the river. tI is amazing laying ni bed listening to the river. The veranda leads onto an upper and lower deck surrounded by glass railings for an open view of the river. There is a pull down sun screen on the upper deck and a full propane gas fireplace for those cool spring/fall days, allowing you to still enjoy the outdoors ni comfort. New shingle roof installed
in 2017.
The inside of the trailer has been upgraded with laminate flooring, wood trim throughout and wainscoting in the bathroom. Kitchen has been upgraded and extended with new cabinets, lazy susan, corner pullouts, self-close drawers, pantry unit and premium knob and pull hardware. The air conditioner is an outside ground-mounted unit connected to the trailer ducting to provide true
central AC, and the unit is inside a custom-made cover to protect ti from the elements.
Wifi is an option. I have been using Rogers 5G router for all my internet needs including streaming 2 TVs and working from the trailer on zoom meetings.
