investment firm Forge & Foster. However, since March 2022, Wavecom Capital and its
senior management team assumed control after Forge & Foster were unable to meet
certain financial obligations. Wavecom CEO Yuval Barzakay, appointed Ezio D’Onofrio as
President of Harmony Resorts and together they built a team that has transformed the
industry.

Wavecom has injected over $4m in capital investments and provided over $15m in cash
and debt to support this incredible and successful business. Harmony Resorts is
